Warranty Policy

Unime assists the return and refund products within 7 days from the date of your receiving products. You should read carefully our requirements to do the return and refund process. You should pay for the mailing fee when you send back to us. 

Requirements to do the return and refund/exchange process:

  • You should keep your order receipt. 
  • Within 10 days since the date you receive your products from us. 
  • It should be never worn, not dirty, not broken. 

Step by step to do the return, refund and exchange process: 

Case 1: Buy by meeting up

Case 2: Buy from our online website

If you buy from our online website, you should email or Facebook us to inform that you want to return your products and send to us the product photo. When we receive products from your mailing, we will do the exchange or refund to you. 

FOR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS 

  • You can exchange to any other styles that you love. 
  • You exchange to a cheaper item, you can get the refund extra. 
  • You should pay for the mailing service if the reason you do the exchange is from your side. 
  • Unime will pay for the mailing service if the reason you do the exchange is from our product's quality. 

FOR WARRANTY 

Unime offers the free warranty for one month of any products that you buy from us. 

The free one month warranty process includes:

  • Cleansing gemstone beads
  • Replace silver beading caps
  • Adjust or replace stretching cord
  • You should pay for the mailing service fee which occurs. 

After one month form your date of receiving our products, we offer you a life-time warranty. At any time of your usage, you can come back to Unime to cleanse your bracelet. 

The warranty will include:

  • Cleansing gemstone beads 
  • Replace silver beading caps 
  • Adjust or replace a stretching cord
Note that we will charge a service fees of $10 only for adjustments and repairs of items under warranty.
